Laser Micromachine -Marking/Scribing-

KORTherm Science provides a laser marking system, which applies the latest insudtrial laser technologies. We supply, tailoring to the customer's application needs, the laser marking systems which can produce diverse outputs by utilizing the diode pumping method based Nd:YAG laser and CO2 laser.

Our laser marking system is useful when carrying out the marking processes, such as etching logos, trademarks and bar codes on the the surfaces of the materials with diverse characteristics, such as semiconductors, wafer chips and FPD, y applying the principle that the etching takes place on the surface of the materials in various ways, depending on the wavelength and output of the lasers.
